1.5oz Vodka
0.75 oz OM Chocolate Liqueur
1oz Cold Brew coffee
Palo Santo & Papalo Bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish: Cacao Powder

Mint
Quickly muddle the mint, add ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into mule mug or shaker filled with crushed ice.

0.5oz Hazelnut Orgeat
0.75oz OM Chocolate Liqueur
0.5oz Lime Juice
Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish: pineapple and pineapple leaves

2oz Bourbon
1oz OM Chocolate Liqueur
Few dashes of bitters
Build in rocks glass with ice, stir.
1 oz OM Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz Ron del Barrilito rum
1 oz almond milk
6 fresh mint leaves
Garnish with a sprinkle of chocolate powder & a mint leaf
Directions: place mint into a shaker set & gently muddle to slightly agitate the mint, add the rest of the ingredients & ice, shake cold, strain up into a martini glass, & garnish

1.5 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
Top off with your favorite ginger beer
Garnish with a mint sprig for aromatics
Directions: add all ingredients except for the ginger beer into a tall glass, add ice & stir, top with ginger beer & garnish with a mint sprig
